Hung is the best!! This man is so warm and welcoming to all.He has the greatest personality, and does the best cover up artwork. And he's hella smart. Get a tattoo and a history lesson at the same time. My number one tattoo guy.

Hung is a great tattoo artist. His visual and free hand is the best in town. He's able to explain what will look good and how it will turn out. If you can sit all day with him, he will finish it. I'm very happy with my full sleeve that he worked on. Can't wait to go back for another one. Highly recommend.

I came in with the idea of two humming bird tattoos, one on top of the other, i looked at the wall and saw this design and let me tell yuh, the aftermath was amazing, i almost cried. I will definitely get another tattoo done here. The art is beautiful and Hung stayed patient and calm the whole time and me and my mom both feel satisfied with our matching tats.

AMAZING! If I could give Hung a 10 I would and for many reasons. First off I got a bad outline for a tattoo from a guy in a house. Yes I know. And not only was it terrible- its was huge. Next I went to a different shop and asked them to fix it but they ended up just filling in the terrible outline. I went to 3 other shops and all they could offer was lazer removal. No one would touch it. I researched the top cover artists and was willing to save up to afford them. I went through 5 profiles and decided on who's work I like the best. That's how I found Hung. At the time he lived in San Diego. I made an hour trip to visit him. He took one look at it and with confidence told me he could cover it!!! Imagine my excitement! I put $500 down and made a future appointment allowing me to save up. (Mind you his pricing was mind blowing). Just before my appointment not one but two cars broke down so I had to cancel and didn't have a reschedule date. When I finally called back (many months later) Hung had moved to Minneapolis! Of course I figured it was my loss. Hung was so honest and helpful. Not only did he try reaching out to me but when I got a hold of him he offered my to fly out a take the price of the ticket off the tattoo and even offered me to stay with his family. There just aren't people like this anymore. My schedule didn't allow a trip at the time so he said the next time he came to San Diego he would call me and give me first pick of appointments. He called in November and scheduled me the day after Christmas. His work is fast, affordable and true art with vision. I cant imagine how hard the cover up was and it turned out amazing! I cant wait to let his work on a blank canvas. Even if I have to fly out to see him. He is a great person, amazing artist and business man. Pretty cool to spend the day with too. He was amazing.. I always get great feed back on my tattoo. I wished he wouldn't have moved out of town. the colors of my rose and butterflies and the green of the leafs are super cool and so real looking.Hung is an amazing artist and the world should know it!!
