Bonnie did an amazing job at piercing my tongue. She did my friends belly button a little while back, which she did amazing on that too. Staff was very welcoming and explained the after care in really good detail. 100% coming back when I get another piercing!!!

Both Jessie and Bonnie are both great people and piercers. The jewlery is good quality and they really take the time to find the placement and make sure you're comfortable. Have been here many times and will be back for more. Highly recommended!

Very nice staff, professional, very clean and sterilize everything you'll need your identification and if you under 18 need a parent to accompany you. Attentive to answer questions or concerns. Detailed information on after care needs and instruction in depth. Priced at reasonable rates and sell the after care item's you'll need to, check it out 4 yourselves, I am highly recommending for your tattoo or piercing needs/wants.

I brought my eight year old daughter in today to get her ears pierced and it was a wonderful experience. Jessie was great! After reading the reviews from several local tattoo parlors I decided to go to B-Cool Tattoos for my first tattoo and I'm so happy I did! I am not very pleased with our last few visits with Jessy. I have had both of my daughters ears pierced here. And then one had her nose pierced here and the other a cartilage. Been here numerous times and brought friends in also to be pierced. Came in today and just wanted one daughters cartilage re-pierced and had the original earring. She charged us full price (what we paid originally WITH the earring purchase), instead of just a re-piercing price, and then charged $5 just to put a ball back on her lobe earring. You would think she would have just done that for free for the repeat business. But I guess that doesn't matter :( So sad. It's all about the $ and not repeat business. Which should matter. Both my daughters like piercings, but we will not be returning here. Her customer service is also not very nice and kind of abrasive. She has lost some good customers, and I know she won't care. Which she should, word of mouth is the best!
