I had an amazing time during both sessions at Ritual Custom. Diego and the whole staff were awesome and was honestly the best experience I've ever had with tattoos. The work that he does is truly beautiful, he is a true artist and a fun person to talk to!

Spoke w the owner in person & I'm very glad I did. The placement where I wanted the tattoo, he explained is a high friction area. So honestly it wouldn't be a good idea for that particular spot. Once explained, it made sense. Thank you for your honesty & as he put it "not taking my money"!

I've been coming here for almost a year and a half! I've gotten over 20 sessions of tattoos from Trevor a total of 10 huge pieces! This man is like the Pablo Picasso of tattoos! The shop is amazing! Diego is cool as hell and is hilarious as well! This place has become like a second home to me! If you haven't been to this shop come check them out!!

We loved this parlor! Trevor and Diego are so nice and such great artists! They were able to create each of our tattoos with personal touches and the one I got with a loon looks so realistic it's amazing! We are definitely going to come back and recommend them to anyone who wants really well done tattoos!

I had a WONDERFUL experience. This was my first time getting a tattoo and all of the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous walking in, but I felt at ease in about 5 minutes. 10/10 would recommend and go again!

I went here to get my first tattoo. This place was recommended to me by a friend of mine who also went here recently. Meleah is the one who did my tattoo, and I must say she did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable. Her assistance with making sure I get the design I want the way I want it is greatly appreciated. I will be returning.

My friend an I came here for nipple piercings a week ago,Trevor was very patient, an courteous an helped her an I both through it😊 he was very professional an it was very clean I would most definitely recommend this establishment an ask for Trevor .. oh an we are black they wasn't racist AT ALL!!!! I have been to this shop multiple times and I'm impressed every time. Trevor has been the one I've gone to. I adore him as an artist and he's very professional but personal. He gives great advice along with great talent. The shop is very clean which is a big deal to me. All in all, I will be going back.

I've been in this shop twice, both times nobody said a word to me. How can I expect you to do good work when you can't even greet a potential customer?
My GF came into this shop to get 2 piercings on her ears. Nobody greeted her either. Took like 10 minutes before someone spoke to her. Y'all charged her $40 dollars for it. One piercing wound up infected. She came back to the shop to have the earring removed (cause neither one of us could get the thing off) and the SAME GUY who did the piercing told her she had to buy a $20 kit to remove it. This guy did not tell her she would need a kit to take them out when she got them in, isn't that an important detail? Considering that you can go to Walmart and get a basic piercing for $6 with earrings you don't need a kit to remove.
*Edit three months later* if you want justification for my one star review, make sure to read the reply the owner left. We literally used pliers to get those things out. As for the piercings, yeah they're closed up now. Bad job, bad experience, bad altogether. Unless you actually know your artist, I would highly recommend avoiding this place
