Great, clean, and professional! My wife and I aren't what I'd imagine people would expect in a tattoo shop. We never felt estranged or oddballed. The staff was helpful, and Pistol Pete did a great job.

A nice clean facility and my piercing looks great so far, thanks Felicia! I would have gave 5* but I had to wait a little longer than expected and the price was a little higher than several of the competition shops I had called for a nose piercing.

I got my first tattoo at pure13 and my experience was better than I could’ve imagined. My artist was Garret and he was understanding of my first time getting a tattoo and that I was really nervous. He let me feel the needle without ink to see how much it hurt. It did hurt a little but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t handle. I’m definitely going back to this place for my next tattoo!!

I had a Helix piercing done. The process was quick, clean, and efficient. The job was definitely well done, which I appreciated. They just weren't very informative. I felt like I had to pry the information about how to care for the piercing and timelines and such out of the artist. I would appreciate if they were more helpful and informative voluntarily. It just felt like poor customer service and that they didn't really care about us. The lady at the front barely spoke to us except to remind us to tip, twice. Not a bad experience in regards to the piercing itself, but I would rather go somewhere they seem to actually care about you as a person.

My boyfriend and i went and he had his tongue done and i had my nose done. Everyone was super nice until we went back for the actual piercings. Dude never told us his name and was really rough with both of us while piercing us. The whole side of my face was hurting for hours and my boyfriends tongue is hurting so bad he nearly fainted earlier today (over 24 hours after having it done). He didn't explain the cleaning process for either of us. Asked if we had any questions. I asked him how many times i should clean it a day and i got the answer "two" with his back turned toward me. He was not very nice at all. Most likely wont be back because of him.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Guy who did piercing had No personality. Didn’t tell me his name, didn’t ask if the jewelry was ok. When I told him it was to long for my nose and was poking the inside he basically said it was to late to do anything. All the equipment was already laid out so no way to know if it was clean and sterile. He didn’t wash his hands before putting his gloves on either! Very VERY disappointed in my piercing experience. This isn’t my first one either, but it was my first one here in MS and it was awful! I do not recommend

Three colleagues recommended this place to me. I walked in on a Saturday evening and was quoted a fair price and the wait time was surprisingly short. This is my second tattoo and first time at Pure 13. My experience was very pleasant. Though I was nervous, Jake was extremely kind and patient, He did a wonderful job on my tattoo and I would consider them again for more tatts.

This parlor is the BOMB!!! Got shafted at a prior parlor the same night, went to 13 and BANG... performed the tattoo and was met with welcome arms... I am a 13 fan through and through now. Will continue to get my ink there. Thanks Hunter... YOU DA MAN!!!!
