When I went in to just get another cartilage piercing to even it out with my other one. I Encountered the sweetest women at the front desk but the man that did my piercing was horrible. He made it seemed rush, never even talked to me and seemed annoyed, argued with the front desk lady, didn’t even clean the piercing after, let me walk out with blood on my ear, didn’t make it even with my other piercing, and all together was so pricey for just a cartilage piercing. Horrible piercer but sweetest and kindest front desk lady. Never in my life will go back to this place.

Horrible, not recommended, I got a Monroe piercing and front desk clerk was very nice ,but the guy who did my piercing was very unprofessional and act as if he did not want to do it or even be there. He did not say anything and I had to asked how long to leave in before I can change it. He did not examine my lip to see what size ring he needed and my lip is swollen to where my lip is covering my inside ball and I will be having it removed.

Great environment and experience for my first tattoo. The dude that did mine was chill and was easy to talk to. I will be going here from now on and I highly recommend it for anyone nervous about getting a tattoo or piercing.

The girl at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The place was clean.
But my god, the guy who pierced my ears was not friendly. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Or maybe he just didn't like me.

Dude was on point I highly recommend him. He took the time to explain everything. And fit me in between his section I will be back to get more work done. Very professional people all three was very nice and made a man feel welcome very friendly thank y’all so much .

I got a piercing here yesterday staff was rude and the guy who did my piercing was the worst he clearly didn’t want to be there had an attitude and at one point grabbed me by my hair. I get having bad days but when you feel the need to grab someone instead of simply saying turn your head that’s where I can’t excuse behavior. Not a single staff member would tell me how to keep this piercing clean either which is concerning

Absolutely horrible staff, rough with piercings. The guy just wanted to get it done and over with, the ball on the piercing fell off not even an hour after being peirced. The piercing could have fallen out. We drove almost 2 hours to go to them and it was extremely horrible for the fist time ever going. When i called they were absolutely rude and hung up on me. I would not recommend at all. Horrible.

A child could have done better outlining. For the price i have to say I am not satisfied with the end result. But thats just one person there not all the artists or employees.

Went in to get a piercing and the guy acted like he was being bothered by me being there. He was rude and to the point and gave me a ridiculous price on a tattoo that isn’t going to be any larger than 5-6 inches long.. The lady at the front was nice and helpful..
