Transcendent Tattoo Collective

I went to this shop to work with Jay Johnson who I had worked with in the past. He now co - owns this shop and it was an awesome experience. The shop is clean and looks nice. It has a friendly feeling and everyone was so nice. Jay was great at bringing my vision to life and gave me a beautiful piece of art for my body. If you’re looking for a good, clean shop with friendly people that you will leave with a tattoo you feel proud to wear look no further.

My wife and I went in for wedding band tattoos for our 12th anniversary and worked with Mandy. The experience from start to finish couldn't of went better! We had originally planned a different style of ring before going in but had a change of heart and Mandy took it in stride, using my printouts to make new stencils on the fly. The tattoos themselves didn't take very long as they are not big or super intricate but I think she did a great job! The shop was very clean and she cleaned everything before starting, after tattooing my wife, and then after me. You can also tell Mandy cares a lot about what she is doing by the time she takes and making sure she isn't hurting you. In the end I said "I am paying you to stick me with a needle so go ahead and get it in there good". It was a fun time! I am very happy with my finger tats and so is the wife. Warning: The side of the finger does sting a bit. The price was very reasonable too and you're supporting a local business. I will definitely be back again.

Hello, everyone!! This review is for Katie, but I should mention that I felt really welcome inside Transcendent the one time I've been there so far (Cause I will definitely be back)!! Okay, so first some information you should know about me!! I have now gotten 4 ear piercings, 2 lip piercings, and my septum done by Katie. I've also gone to Katie to stretch my first 2 ear piercings once cause she is PHENOMENAL at explaining everything in a way that builds my confidence. If possible, I will be going to Katie for all of my piercings because of how safe, comfortable, and confident she has made me feel at each visit!! Best of all, though, it is SO SO SO easy to talk to her. 10 outta gosh darned 10. Seriously.

I waited almost two years to get my handwriting tattoo and I'm so glad I did. If you're wanting a handwriting tattoo Mandy is your gal. I came to her with the writing I wanted, and some things that reminded me of my mom and she blew me away. Professional, kind, detailed oriented are all words I would use to describe my experience. The healing process was fantastic and it's my favorite piece on my body. I can't recommend the crew at Transcendent Tattoo Collective enough.

Katie is a fantastic piercer and has designed curations for my ears and pierced me and my friends multiple times now. She is professional, cares deeply about her craft and is so freaking personable if you see her more than once she feels like a friend.

I have twice gone to this shop for the artist Rachael. She is absolutely amazing! Her work is exceptional and she is just a wonderful person! Not only that but every other artist I've met there has been incredibly kind and welcoming and everyone's art looks amazing! I highly recommend this shop if you're looking to get some new ink!

Entrance is around the back of the building! Had a great experience here! My artist was J and he was super friendly as well as talented. You can tell everyone there enjoys their job and has a good time. If you are looking for a well-done colorful piece or watercolor style, see J!

I got pierced by Katie here, and it was my favorite piercing experience yet! I got my thirds and rook done, and they’re all healing well. Katie makes you feel super comfortable and seriously knows what she’s doing. She also has a really cute gold jewelry selection. I couldn’t recommend her enough and I recommend checking out her instagram @katiepokespeople to see more of her work!

Rachael did an awesome job from the conception to the execution. Her vision really made it come to life and it exceeded what I had in my expectations. It was a great experience in the shop and she’s a great artist.

Mandy was awesome, I emailed her a picture of something I had in mind, she gave me a price and i scheduled an appointment. When I got there she had the image ready and she did a great job I really love it.

Jay is the BEST of the BEST!!! This is the 2nd tattoo he has done for my Daughter and as USUAL..... IT WAS AMAZING!!! He is very personable, goes to GREAT lengths to connect to his clients and meet their requests!!! Would recommend him 1000% to EVERYONE & ANYONE!!!
