Love my tattoo, Joe did a phenomenal job. I walked in with an idea and he drew it up while i went on an errand and came back and was ready to go. Definitely recommend great artwork

I went in to Inkbox at the start of summer so plan a design for my sleeve where I also put my deposit down. At first the tattoo artist was really responsive and helpful. After a couple of drawing suggestions he got very irritated and rude because I wanted my sleeve to be perfect however he seemed as if he didn't really care and was just rude and ignorant. He now doesn't respond to my texts and I just told him I wanted a small one on my arm to cover the cost of my deposit that I already paid for and he again hasn't responded. Would never recommend very unprofessional.

I made an appointment and showed up right on time. A walk in appointment showed up before me, and John, the owner, decided to do theirs first eventhough there was other staff on hand. He told me he'd call me in about an hour, which I agreed to. An hour and a half later, I show back up and they say it's still going to be a while and he told me that he would call. rude staff who have no semblance of customer service. I decided to go to full spectrum which had much better staff and I am completely satisfied. I would avoid this shop.
