I just got my very first tattoo with my best friend here and it was a great expierence. My artist was Bob and he was so nice and gentle and even offered me breaks and gave me a breather. I am completely satisfied with my tattoo and my tattooer. I will be coming back. Not to mention we were walk ins.

Went in for a consultation with Juan Moya and got put down for a date. He did my wife's family's tattoos so I thought I was in good hands. Told him what I wanted and he told me to text him a picture. I texted him a picture and asked for some customization on it and if he could send me what he drew up. I got no reply. My date drew closer and I texted him again and asked if he had a chance to draw something and if he's still interested in doing the tattoo.
He said "some people don't want to cramp artists style" and told me the ball was in my court if I still wanted it. I said yes but want to see the drawing before I get it tattooed on my body. I got no reply. My date got closer and I asked him if he was ready and he said he took me off the schedule because he thought I was going with someone else even though I never said that.
I said no worries, let's reschedule. No text back. I texted again saying I want him and no one else to do this tattoo and I'm ready to go. He told me to text him the next day to set up a time. I texted him the next day and he never replied. I was willing to pay whatever for him to tattoo me and he kept blowing me off. I wish he would have just told me he didn't want to do it or just point me to another artist. Instead I spent 2 months waiting on him to text me back and get me scheduled.
I feel bad writing this because he's friends with my wife's family, but I feel like he wasted so much of my time by giving me the run around and kept ignoring me and took me off the schedule for no good reason.
Next time just say you don't want to do it. It's not a big deal to say that. Dragging it on and ignoring texts and taking someone off the schedule for no reason is a big deal.
If you go to this place, choose an artist that's not Juan Moya and maybe you'll have better luck getting in. Sorry Juan, but you really did waste my time man and I don't appreciate that at all.

I cant speak of the place in whole, but one artist in particular consulted my brother and demanded a $200 deposit. At the time of the appointment, artist never showed. He also never once replied to any emails or phone calls. What a f***ing scam. $200 deposit? Like come on, the tattoo wasn't even worth that much.
