Love Sam Roth's work and personality. She always makes me feel comfortable even if I'm not the one there getting the tattoo. Highly recommend her! The facility is clean and the staff always greets me and makes sure I'm taken care of.

I will give the establishment a 1, i read great reviews on how they welcome you, are very nice! Absolutely not the case i requested an appointment through FB they asked me which artist i wanted i requested two, then they confirmed the appointment, i said thanks, who will i be scheduled with from the two i requested left me on read. I arrive to my appointment a female was sitting in the front did not greet me, i said hello, i have an appointment get a nasty look. She said with who? told her another nasty face saying no. I show her the confirmation she walks back to a male I'm going to guess it's luis he say's no! then calls me over asks me my name and said where did you make the appointment once again showed him the confirmation. He goes back and talks to an artist. And say's come here she will take care of you! Should have left but decided to continue, i met gabs she was very sweet and professional. Made me feel comfortable in her chair after all that nasty attitude i dealt with. I give ink by gabs a 5 star and even though she is new she does such great work and has the sweetest vibe. I hope they can really take this review and work on their customer service skills and really make people feel welcomed.

I got my tattoo today with Esai, and let me tell you, this place is very nicely updated compared to the other shop!!! Esai is very clean, friendly and very professional!! I've gotten several tattoos from him and I am satisfied with all of them!! Highly recommend!!

Missing Ink is by far the best tattoo shop I’ve been to. Luis did my tattoo and it turned out better than I could ever imagine. All the tattoo artists are really nice and supportive of each other. The atmosphere of the shop itself was very lively, relaxing and vibrant. Luis did an amazing job but I would feel comfortable going to any of the artist there as I saw the work of multiple artists that day 💯.

one of the beginner artists in the shop apparently doesn't know tattoos very well, this person must not know how to draw because they use other artists' designs without their consent, using artwork that they know has already been tattooed. .I don't want a tattoo that will be stolen and misrepresented on other people, tattoos should be personal and unique

First walking in the vibe was right. I was greeted with kindness at the door. Kindness is a understatement l....Juan was professional but his vibe made it so enjoyable if the tattoo is painful you wouldnt even realize just because the atmosphere is so calm .ill be back for sure.
