Great group of artists! Friendly, kind and attentive to your needs. Love the ability to attend there events like the Friday the 13th days and so on. Love the addition to the back of the shop. Everyone is welcoming and there are some really amazing artists all in one location.

Shop is big and clean. The artists are talented. Unfortunately, customer service is pretty terrible. My artist wasn't the friendliest, organized, nor took the time to get to know what I really wanted out of my tattoo beyond the concept. Sucks because I had been watching her work for a couple a years, took a long time picking out my artist, and was looking forward to my session.

My best friend and I got our first tattoos here and I would recommend it for everyone. The artist, Tina, was super friendly and just amazing. She designed the tattoos after we showed her an idea we like and helped us find the right colors. She was quick yet the tattoos look just amazing.

The artists was friendly all of them. They took care of everybody within a timely manner and if it was going to be a wait they informed you of it. I got my nose pierced besides waiting 30 mins the process was quick and fast. I would definitely go back.
