The piercer seemed stoned, pierced my friends ear with inappropriate jewelry and it was crooked. Gave her no cleaning supplies. The receptionist watched the whole process without asking if she could. The piercer let me dig through his jewelry without a second thought. They're unprofessional and I would not get pierced or tattooed here.
