Sam was absolutely incredible! Everyone working the day I got my tattoo was super nice and they gave me a little thing of balm for the aftercare.

Rebel Muse KCMO is such a beautiful place to get any work done. I’ve been seeing Megan for a while, first in Springfield and now KC, as she works on a sleeve for me and I’ve been blown away by her patience as we had to change appt times due to my pregnancy many times. Megan truly is one of the best people out there and an incredible artist at that, I would not recommend anyone else and get compliments on her work daily. If you’re thinking of getting a tattoo, Megan should be at the top of your list 💗

Not only has the prestigious and well renowned Rebel Muse Tattoo opened a studio in KCMO, but it’s headed by one of Midwest’s most skilled and talented artist; Megan Koehler (Franklin)! As soon as I walked into the studio, I immediately received a warm welcome from staff. I felt like the team truly cared about my tattoo experience. The studio was immaculately cleaned, well-organized, and surpassed my expectations on safety and health standards. Megan provided me with an honest opinion on my tattoo and designed a masterpiece to add to my tattoo collection. Throughout the hours Megan and I spent coming up with a design, I never felt obligated to commit to a design I was not 100% satisfied with or uncomfortable to speak my opinion. Megan made sure that my voice was heard and accommodated me in any way she could throughout the process. The outcome resulted in a tattoo I will cherish for the remainder of my lifetime and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The value of my tattoo far exceeds the amount I was charged and I never felt like I was being treated unfair. Throughout several sessions, I was always treated as a top priority and will continue to use Rebel Muse Tattoo for the remainder of my tattoo collection. I cannot recommend this place enough! Trust me, you will not be disappointed. They are truly the top of the line in the tattoo industry!

Megan is amazing. She has done 2 tattoos for me now. They are so well done people ask if they are real. I especially like my portrait of my two dogs. Megan is a true artist and a great conversationalist. Can't wait for my next one.

I truly don't have the words to describe how special it was to have Megan tattoo a portrait my beloved dog, Jameson, but I'll give it a try!

I was on Megan's waiting list for about a year before my appointment, and boy was it worth the wait. I traveled from Detroit to Kansas City for my tattoo -- which was also very much worth it, and I wouldn't hesitate to travel to Megan again.

We'd spoken about my design a bit before the appointment, but when I showed up I had a bit of an odd request: Is there any way we could get his stuffed whale into the design? It was Jameson's favorite toy, the only stuffed animal he never destroyed. Megan was immediately stoked on the idea and got right down to re-vamping the design she had drawn. To say that I LOVELOVELOVE this portrait of my best friend is a complete understatement. It's perfect. She captured his spirit and soul so well and I'm so stoked to have this piece of art on my arm forever and ever.

This was my first big piece and Megan made the process enjoyable and easy. From the moment we met, I felt immediately comfortable. It took about 9ish hours to complete but the time absolutely flew by. Not only is Megan ridiculously talented, she's also one of the nicest, sweetest people I've ever met. I thought that I'd be crying my face off throughout my entire appointment, but talking to her about my adventures with Jameson was so healing. I'll never stop grieving the loss of my boy, but getting this tattoo has been such a beautiful part of my healing process.

On the practical side of things, it's also important to note that the products Rebel Muse uses are top-notch. Saniderm makes the healing process a breeze and any artist you work with will be super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the healing process.
