Edit: went back for a septum and it was also fast and professional. Healed really fast.
Fast and professional service. I went in for a tongue re-piercing and the piercer did exactly as I asked and used the same hole and was a real pro. I'll be back for sure.

Lisa and Rachel repierced my nipples. Not only was it minimally painful, it was reasonably priced and they did both at the same time. I will be getting my piercings done by Lisa in the future!

My bestfriend and I went for some piercings late on a Saturday night and wow wow wow everyone was friendly and so helpful and the ladie who did our piercings was amazing and gental and quick! :) i would recommend this shop to anyone i have lots of piercing and tattoos so its hard to find a place that makes ya feel so comfortable with everything lilw these guys did! And the receptionist was amazing nice he noticed my friend was a bit light headed after our piercings and he got her water an wet rag an made sure we got to our car fine! So again I'll say this was an amazing place to go and I would recommend it to anyone clean fast friendly and talented what more could you ask for!!!!

Saw some work. Artist had nice touch. I would get work done here but haven't yet. So I only feel comfortable with average rating. But have a lot of work on me so when I say I'd get work you should concider that.

I got the smiley done on Friday the 13th 2020 Yesterday I was talking and it just fell out.... thinking the ball came off I went to put the ring back in and noticed both balls were still on the ring. MY SMILEY SPLIT the lady did not pierce it correctly I'm thinking it wasnt high enough or she didn't pierce enough meat to where it split eventually. I'm highly upset !!! Would recommend anyone to this shop

I often try and call to figure out what time their pierces are in but they never answer their phone, I’m sure you can understand the frustration a customer would feel when they are trying to get something done and he workers never answer the phone, I have called 18 times in a span of 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to answer my question. This is very unprofessional to me and now I will not be coming here for piercings or tattoos.

Offering deals to get 5 star reviews before you even get your work. If you leave a legit bad review the owner John Burke will get on his personal facebook and threaten people and berate them. Never once did him he offer people to fix thier mistakes he just blamed every customer they come across. His wife did offer to repierce but then blames the customer for a piercing that is bruising. Many people have had infected tattoos within hours of work being done The owner has prevented people from giving reviews on thier facebook because they cant handle any form of truth. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They lack customer service to its entierty. Many employees have suffered back lash for quiting. This place is highly unprofessional in every way.

If I could give zero stars I would. My bestfriend and I went to get matching tattoos on Sunday, June 2, 2018. The shop had only one tattoo artist Johnson Guzman which they had to call in. How do you call yourself a tattoo shop with multiple booths but only one tattoo artist that you had to call in??.... anyway got our tattoos loved them until after it peeled/healed. Mine was faded so much it looked like i had it for years. I have 9 other tattoos that are 7+ years old and look better than what we got as far as color. My bestfriend tattoo heart was misshaped and faded as well.
Sunday, June 17, 2018 we go back for a touchup. The receptionist who said she had only been working there for 3days said that the tattoo artist that left as soon as we got there went to get food and he had his son with him. I understand it's father's day but what kind of person has their kid with them at a tattoo parlor. besides the point, anyway...the manager (i did not get his name) walks in and we were telling him that we needed a touchup and it needed to happen today because my bestfriend isn't from kansas city. The manager procceeded to act assholish with a smurk on his face saying that Johnson Guzman doesn't come in on sundays (not true because when we intially went it was on a sunday) and that the person who did your tattoo has to touch up and that "one of my guys aren't coming in for a touchup on father's day".
I knew it was time to go after that. If i have a business and one of my emoloyees didnt do their job i would take matters in to my own hands. theirs no dignity or respect for patrons at this shop. If the manager has bad business practice so will the emoloyess. Ultimately, I will never go back (even for a touch up) and will never recommended this place to anyone, EVER.
