I got my septum done a year ago. Piercer was great, piercing wasn't super painful and healed well. Went back today to get a 2nd and 3rd lobe piercing. Was pierced by Lisa. She used a cork to catch the needles, which is extremely unsanitary especially if it is used on more than one person. She forced the needle through my ear; didn't hold my ear steady. Not happy with the placement on the 3rd hole. Also used a sharpie to mark, again, unsanitary. The piercings are still extremely painful and swollen 4 hours later, and it hasn't calmed down at all. To top it all off, there were extra people in the lobby and none of them had masks covering their noses.

The helix didn’t heal well because it wasn’t pierced properly. Wish I remembered the lady’s name. But she had long gray hair.

Just based on a friend’s experience I would never get a tattoo here. But I’ve had multiple (5+) piercings done here with not a single complaint. The guy that does piercings is fine but Lisa is AMAZING. Overall I’d trust and recommend them with any piercing needs. 🙂

First went here 3 years ago. The piercer was able to find the hole in my tongue from many years previous to that and re opened it. was very clean. Followed my artist to the shop a few months back, and all the artists there do wonderful work. It is a nice clean shop with a nice atmosphere. they treat the clients well and are good at keeping them calm. Kenny is my artist, been with him for over a year. He does amazing work. The prices are very reasonable and the work sticks well. Even after a year my ink is still bright as if it was just put on. They have a nice variety of artists that do a variety of styles. Highly recommend this shop.

Stopped in tonight for a nostril piercing. I was in and out in around 5-8 minutes! Shop was clean and piercer was friendly- She made sure the placement was what I wanted and gave me the run down on aftercare :) I'll be back soon!

Got a smiley done which is right under your top lip got infected she pierced my gums and not the thin tissue under the lip I did got back and another lady took it out after 2 week of having it in smh she also gave me a free redo piercing card which was nice but I will not be coming back

I loved it, got there at 12 right at open. Super easy sign in and very chill crew!!! It took 5 minutes top to get pierced and it was seamless. Will be coming back at some point (: ✨
