Only one man was kind. Receptionist was rude, had an attitude with customers. And they were unorganized when it came to the number if customer waiting for services.

Terrible service I will never go back. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist asking me what I needed. I told her that I had an appointment with Diego... He looked at me and told me that it was impossible... so I showed him the messages that him and I sent to one another via Facebook messenger.. he then told me anything under his minimum doesn't get put in his books.. Long story short he referred me to another artist in the shop that was very loud and unprofessional... he increased my original consultation price from $60 to $100... after he was done with my tattoo, it was just a shaky outline of my design.. the line work was horrible... after asking him to shade it in all black he told me for another $40. I will never go back to this place or refer anyone..

I went the first time with my friend and the artist was rude and seemed uptight and not very happy.
The second time me and my sister came to get some small matching tattoos, just to say we did. The artist we got only talk to my sister. She said something about the music and he stopped IN THE MIDDLE OF MY TATTOO, to change the song for her. And I was the one paying for it. I was 3rd wheeling it and I was the one paying !!! Treat your customers good, not just the ones you want to bang.

Talented artist.. chilled atmosphere... Professional... Late hours... Interior design had me taking selfies... My tattoo artist had some piercings I'm about to copy... They keep it real.. I trust they not going to let me walk out looking crazy just to make a little money.

TERRIBLE! I would never suggest this place to anybody that I like! They do not use clean needles at all for any of their work. I know of a person who went their recently for a piercing and what they got was walking out of there with less money and an infection that cost us thousands of dollars. It is a very unsanitary/unsafe place to go have any work done.

If I could give a zero I would. Very unprofessional, had small children and babies in the lobby and in the back were you get tattooed and pierced. Was told 20min. Waited 40min, then the tattoo artist tells me he had someone else coming who made a deposit for a spot but still were not there. I had to.waot for them to get there then he see who has the smaller tattoo and see who would be done first. I ended up leaving, called back to explained I was upset about it and was told sorry you felt that way. I will calling to report the under age people behind the counter were they do the piercing and tattoos.

Jj was absolutely terrible. First off, he is so heavy handed, my tat is scarred and raised. I paid 200 for an out line that was terrible. Second, I went in for my next appointment, the shading, and he had to redo the outline. I didn't even get my shading done. So I ended up paying another 200 for something I didn't even get. And lastly, he is rude, vulgar, and looks dirty. I was afraid of getting an infection.
The only reason I gave it a higher rating is because when I went to get my septum pierced, the lady was calm, collective, sweet and professional.
I would recommend get to g pierced here, but not tatted.
