I've been going to Tyler Moody for the last 5 years and look forward to many more sessions. The shop vibe is awesome, always welcoming and down to earth. Everyone who works here is great, both in skill set and personality. 5 stars for sure

Devan custom designed a cover up piece for me, gave me some options and blew me away with the design/concept. She even remembered conversation topics we discussed in Winter 2017, which was just beyond amazing and speaks to her incredible amount of caring she puts into her work. Such a pleasant experience and the first of many pieces I will have her work on for me. Clean shop, great environment, go see Devan if you need a reliable and chill ink artist.

Devan did my tattoo, she did an amazing job and kept me entertained while I was just laying there on the bench. The rest of the staff was really cool too, some of them came over and made conversation, which helped me feel more comfortable as I was getting work done. No matter who does your work they're all awesome and you'll feel at home in their shop.

Tyler Moody is exceptionally awesome at what he does! Actually all these guys are phenomenal artists! Everything they do is off the charts! Great people and phenomenal work down to the last detail! Besides that all I can say is WOW THESE GUYS ROCK IT OUT!

Cat Wong did my first tattoo and she was so sweet! Made my experience the best! She made feel so comfortable and had such a soft touch. Nearly fell asleep while getting a super cool medusa tattoo. She has incredible art work and I’m so excited to have this piece with me for the rest of my life! Will be recommending her to everybody!

Devan is absolutely incredible. Not only did she create a beautiful piece of art for me, she was also easy to communicate with during the process. It's EXACTLY what I wanted. She was also really fun to hang out with. Highly recommend, can't wait to get another from her.

Hands down the best Shop in Kansas City. Tyler Moody does amazing work. He fixed a HORRIBLE tattoo for me that i received at 816-tattoos. All the artist are professional and have great tableside manners. Their work is clean and well done.

I've visited this location several times and I'm more impressed each time! My tattoos have all been done by Artist Justin and he's the BEST! His lettering is so on point, and he's a barrel of laughs every time. It's really awesome going into a shop and not feeling awkward or like your ideas are lame/stupid. This most recent visit was really special to me. I lost my brother 2 years ago and I found an old card that he wrote his name in. It wasn't the cleanest or easiest thing to do, but Justin executed tattooing his signature beautifully. Now I have my brother with me literally always. Justin didn't even blink when I asked him if he could do it, he accepted immediately. Seriously, this place is GREAT! I haven't personally been tattooed by the other artists, but I've seen their work and I've been in while they're working. Not a single negative thing to say about anything/one! I'll definitely be back in the future.

I booked with Tyler after seeing some of his work on Reddit, and quickly saw he was one of the best artists I've seen... not just in KC, but across the country. I could have gone any where in the US for ink, but I chose Tyler Moody. His artwork breaks the mold of standardized tattooing, and sets the bar high for the rest of the tattooing world!

My tattoo turned out exactly like I envisioned it, and I had the best time talking to Devan while she worked her magic. The shop is clean and comfortable and the staff is professional and make you feel like there's no place else in KC you'd want to go. I couldn't recommend it more highly!
