I walked into this business because my tragus earring had fallen out twice, due to the ball twisting off, it was newly pierced from another place in KC, and I had lost the earring for 24 hours, so I was pretty sure it was closed. I had been doing my residency in Nevada for 7mo and figured I would walk in there rather than buying an earring and trying to put it in myself and risk an infection. The owner was WONDERFUL, she cleaned my ear, and put in a new sterile earring for me. My ear hole had closed a bit so it was a tad painful which was expected. The building was super clean and the owner was really nice and friendly. I definitely will keep in mind for future piercings. Highly recommend.
