walked in with my mom and they didn’t acknowledge us whatsoever. it was so rude. the people *outside* the building showed more concern for us. VERY unprofessional and i don’t recommend coming. we even called beforehand. we left after about 10 minutes.

Hello my name is Brent Weisenborn and there is no words how to describe the awesome experience I had here! Kevin, nikki,sam,and hayley are so down to earth and make you feel wanted there! My tattoo nikki done took about 4.5 hours it was on my ribs and honestly she has a very soft hand. In other words it didn't hurt! Hayley pierced my tounge and she was very gentle and super nice! I'm comin back asap....came back and nikki done this awesome bear chest piece for me! Couldn't be happier!

Went in to get my lip pierced, the lady who pierced it did not know what she was doing had to ask someone else if the clamp was even in the right spot and could not get the ball on. Took at least 10 minutes when it should have only taken less than 2. They also pierced my lip with a nose ring, I had to go to a different shop to get a longer bar and bigger gauged piercing since it was the wrong size. The piercing itself is also at a extreme angle, the outfit is perfect but on the inside of my lip is goes basically right on my actual lip

I love the place. the prices are never bad, it's actually decent. I got three tattoos from them and the most expensive was 200 for my flower on my chest. (The first one is on my back, I can't take a picture of it)
I also went to the Halloween flash sale, dragged my dad to get his first tattoo ever. I loved it everything about this place.

Do not waste your time.
There demeanor was unprofessional when I walked-in.
I still gave them the benefit of the doubt when we scheduled a time to meet over two weeks later. When the time came, their artist wasn’t even in the studio and I was told he was in Joplin (?) We were all present when you penciled me in and took my phone number.

Ask for Mandy, I love her. She is an amazing artist with a laid back soul and a great demeanor. She's also super patient with scardy cats like me and she was light handed. I didn't feel like I was undergoing an agonizing process at all. It was so awesome, I kind of regret not getting more tattoos from her looking back on it. Anyways, it was definitely worth the four hour drive. I recommend her to absolutely everyone. You'll get a great experience with an amazing ink job! Keep up the hard work girl, I hope you get that full Nightmare Before Christmas sleeve!
