Finished up a leg sleeve with Chris and will definitely go back in the future! Everyone in the shop is very welcoming which helps to create a positive environment. I gave Chris an idea and let him run with it and the final piece is something more than I ever expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area wanting a tattoo done by some of the best!

They all seem like talented artists, but getting in contact with them is difficult.
Edit: Once I finally talked to Andrew in person, everything went great. He always responds very quickly to messages. And I love his work.
I initially got no response after I submitted the online contact form (at least 3 weeks ago), nobody answers when you call, and they text back intermittently. All this is actually par for tattoo shops, so it didn't really hurt my feelings.
I was pretty upset by 1 interaction: I finally made contact via text, and we had been texting back a forth erratically and decided to try and schedule a time to come in. I was told to come in between 2 and 5 pm, and to let them know what day so they can ensure an artist was there. I confirmed that the next day was fine and showed up at 2:15. The building was locked up, big metal door closed with a combo lock on it. I Called and texted, no response. I waiting 45 minutes thinking maybe they'd be right back, no one came and I got no response to my calls and texts. So I drove the 45 minutes to be there at the prooposed time after confirming the day, only to essentially be stood up.

The owner, Chris, is a fantastic artist, but don't expect him to follow directions.
He prefers that customers come in with broad ideas and not a solid plan, so that he can create whatever he wants to.
I came in with a defined idea and a drawing, after he looked at my drawing and said he could do it he immediately veered off track.
He waited until hours before starting my sleeve to have a sketch of his idea, and threw out things I wanted incorporated.
I'm really happy with the final piece, but I would have been happier if it was what I had asked for.

If you're looking to get a piece done, you need to go see the guys up at art monster. Chris did my piece and unlike most places that get you in, do your tat, and get you out. Chris took the time to make it art instead of just another tattoo. It's hard to find an artist who will stop, take it all in and won't accept anything but the best. Not only did Chris do an amazing job, he also took the time to make sure I was comfortable going as far as bringing food for me as I spent all day up in the shop. Great music, great service, and great art.

David did my first tattoo...he was sweet, caring made sure I was ok at all times....He delivered just what I was looking for....also everyone else at the shop was awesome too....I will be going back very soon to add more to my tattoo david got himself a client here for sure.

THE BEST experience I have ever had at a tattoo shop. Chris, the owner, has exceeded my expectations! He delivered a masterpiece; took his time, cared about the details, and most importantly, at least for me, the smile barely left his face. He LOVES his job, he is a true artist, and it shows in his art. I recommend him highly to anybody whos looking for a place the DELIVERS. Chris, you are awesome bro!

Did a lot of looking at different artist in the area but then I spoke with Andrew who is one of the artists at the shop. I decided after seeing his work and talking to him that he was the artist I wanted to tattoo me. Once the tattoo started he did a great job of making sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Once the tattoo was finished I couldn't believe how it looked. It looked better than anything I could have imagined. I will highly recommend anyone considering a tattoo too go to art monster. 5 stars

Chris did an incredible piece for me. I love the result, and I also respect the time they put into the process. Chris and the other artists here work with you to make something really special. Chris took the pretty abstract concept I gave him and made it visually coherent, and it's beautiful.
