I got a couple piercings and even tho it was good pricing,2 for$30,the guy gave me no heads up before doing my first one so i wasn't prepared for the stick and at the end of my service i wasn't told what to use to keep the spots he pierced cleaned to keep from infection. I also feel one of the piercings should have been marked for proper placement BC it is not in the right spot...i got my 2nd helix done in my ear.there is suppost to be 3 too make a row
Tripple helix and the second one is on top if the lobe when it should face the front. Just think if he would have taken a couple extra seconds it would have worked out fine.

I’m not from anywhere near stl and was way out of my normal environment but they were all nice welcoming.
Tattoo looks good and the shop is clean. Employees presented themselves in a nice manner

Got my bellybutton pierced here about 3 weeks ago!! They are so professional and don't mind holding a conversation. That type of customer service you can't find anywhere. Also they have specials on the piercings, mine were 2 for 30. If you're ever in the neighborhood or not stop by.

Me & my bestfriend got our tragus’s pierced back in june & i also got my belly button & since then, her tragus has fallen out & mine is currently hanging on by a very thin piece of skin. my belly button is also very infected even tho i took great care of boy piercings. i do not recommend this place besides that fact that they were fast.

I took my daughter there for a tongue ring and it got infected. The so called license piercer didn't use new instruments he used a rod he had in a drawer. Never asked for a waiver because my daughter is only 17. They are very unprofessional and paying customers can't even use the toilet. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE U WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. It's not a clean shop. No one even had a license by their booths.

Not very professional, no customer service 😒 skills, and everyone working in this shop is not qualified. Please be extremely careful about who does your piercing, my piercing was botched 2 times, do not let them repierce you in the same location, this is not normal nor is it suggested. If you are not familiar with piercings this is not the place for you.

Lmfaooooo the ONLY THING good about them is the price. I'm the nicest person in the world and both the guy that sits in the front & the white piercing guy acted like they both did not wanna be at work. He did not mention what side he was gonna pierce, didn't say anything about after care. He just literally stuck the needle in my nose and basically told me bye. I'll keep going back to enigma for my piercing, customer service go's a long way. No way should I have been more nervous to get my nose pierced that my nipples.

I think the owners wife name is Crystal... she did a FANTASTIC job on my tattoos. I’ve gotten two here on my wrist recently and I almost cried when I seen the finished product because it was on my bucket list to get this tattoo. They’re real genuine people and the overall vibe of the shop is great. I’m definitely coming back ♥️
