I went and got a snake eye piercing the guy had to pierce my tongue twice because it was severely crooked the first time. well he pierced it the second time and it is still noticeably crooked...I didnt say something the second time because I was tired of him piercing my tongue...bad piercer

Went there with my mom for piercings. The person that pierced us pierced my mom's ears uneven so he had to put another hole in her ear to make them even, and my belly button piercing is crooked. So went back up there and he told me he'll fix my piercing when I come back in 2 weeks.

I was tearing up because I got a septum but it didn't hurt much! He charges different prices for different piercings but they're all under $80!

Not so good customer service over the phone. I asked a guy how much does it cost per letter to get a tattoo done cannot explain to me what it cost per letter but had an attitude with it but then made a statement they start at 30 and up that's not telling me what I would be paying for the letters or does it depend on what type of letters you get not clear on information

I came from KY & went here in 12/2009. The artist was great, provided after care recommendations & was very sweet! The entire staff was great! My tattoo still looks awesome!

I didn't like nothing about it, the customer service was horrible. The owner has no patience plus over charged me changing my mind. The tattoo artist has no artistic creativity and her attitude was unprofessionally. This was my second unsatisfied experience with their establishment, the first time I got a crooked nipple piercing. I would never spend another red dime in that dump.
