Trader Bob's Tattoo Shop

Couldn't have had a better experience here! All the staff was super friendly, and my artist, Joey Featherfingers, took the utmost care in making sure everything was done exactly as I wanted. Both pieces turned out gorgeous and I'm more than happy with them, 10/10 recommend this shop and Joey.

Great Staff, perfect location, bitchin building and amazing work. They have plenty of artist waiting to get it in.
The girlfriend and i, in the spur of the moment decided to get tattoos on a Saturday evening. All the shops we called didn't answer or were too busy. Trader Bob's was able to get us in, in 15 minutes. The gal pals got a 4 minute tattoo by Matt and she's ready to join a biker gang. She loves it!
Ryan was the artist assigned to me. I wasn't sure what I wanted. I only knew where I wanted it. The first design we went with didn't exactly look right in the area I wanted. In the past I've just made it look best as possible, but not Ryan. This man went in back and drew up a different version to fit better with the art and area I wanted! I could not be more pleased with the design and the way it fits. Not to mention the amazing job he did with the shading and color scheme. I would recommend anyone to give this place a try. Also it's one of the oldest shops in the States.

The entire staff is very friendly, the shop is very clean. I've had five tattoos done by Mike, he always give me his honest opinion & help me create the perfect tattoo for me... He's the only person I want working on my sleeve. I truly do enjoy coming to this place.

Very welcoming environment. I was a walk-in with a friend, we were matched up with the best artist for us. Ryan brown created the best tattoo I could ask for. Thanks everyone at the shop for helping create this beer hop/biggie smalls tattoo!

We typically go to Lucky Cat studios, so we were concerned we wouldn't have the same rapport with the artist. That trepidation was immediately alleviated when Kelly (the receptionist) greeted us. The entire staff was friendly, and Matt (our artist) was as kind and genuine as you could hope. The tattoos he did were amazing and we truly look forward to going back. I can't recommend them enough.

The shop was very clean and most of the staff was very helpful and nice. My artist did not care about me. He acted like he was in a hurry says he might have time to do my tattoo. I made him re-size it three times and I could tell he wasn't happy with me. Once the tattoo was almost finished he started adding lines that I did not want and shaded where I did not want. I got this tattoo two days ago and I am already scheduling to get it removed. The artist was horrible. I would not recommend this shop even though most of my friends have went here.

Had a great experience, Ryan did fast professional work. I'll catch another tat or two before I leave STL.

Absolutely in love with the tattoos I have recieved here. I could not be happier with them! Very clean place and all the artist make sure they are clear on what you're wanting and how you want it to turn out before starting.
