I got some old jewelry changed and got a new piercing here the other day and was just blown away by this place! The jewelry I was having changed was all sorts of messed up: not only was it the wrong gauge, it had a bent barbell when it really should have been straight... yikes. (obviously, should have come here to get it pierced in the first place!) Kate worked with me in fixing these issue with minimal discomfort and minimal next day swelling! Her professionalism and light hearted humor is also unmatched. I will def. be coming back here for any other piercings. Also, the front desk attendant was amazing. They both made an unpleasant situation and piercing very comfortable. Thanks you so much!!!! <3

Been to see David Richert twice now. He has such an amazing vision for the work you request! His pressure is perfect, and the results are stunning! I'm an hour and a half away from the studio now, but I'll never go to another artist. He is also beyond helpful with aftercare, and is extremely happy to answer any questions I have even after I've left to make sure things are going okay. I'd give him 100 stars if I could.

Very friendly and chill atmosphere. You can tell they really care about the quality of artwork they put out unlike some other places that will just tattoo whatever the client says. They are very honest and clear about what will be the best choice for you in their professional opinion. I am happy I went with their suggestions! AJ was my artist and he did a great job making me feel comfortable and at home for my first tattoo. Me and my boyfriend have gone back for more work from him and are always impressed by his quality of work and professionalism.

Absolutly loved it. The place was super clean and the owner did my ear piercing and it was an awesome experience. Better than Claire's when I was in kindergarten. Very informative and clean.

Got my nostril pierced ($55 with jewelry) by Dennis who was awesome and very quick. He also pierced my friend's septum (I think it was about $70). We both got in relatively quick and it all felt hygienic and covid-friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve gotten a septum piercing here (don’t remember the artist’s name but they were great) as well as a tattoo with fine line work done by Dennis, who I really enjoyed. The entire staff was very kind. I recommend Enigma to anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing in St. Louis.

Ummmmm the staff here are so bomb. They are caring knowledgeable and just dope. Dennis my piercer was adorable. I love this place. I've loved in STL my whole life and been sleeping on them. Ill be back now

Nice, clean shop. Covid-19 policy was pasted on the door. Katie did my nose piercing very quickly. She explained the care instructions and assured me that they would also provide the care plan on a card before I left. They were recommended to me by someone else, and I recommend them as well.

I loved how clean and professional it was!! Super friendly, fast and affordable ! I LOVE MY TATTOO as well. Didn’t have any complaints other then having to wait in the car for a hour (because I was a walk in!! Not there fault!) but PER COVID I’m sure they are doing there best!! I will be back very soon!!
