Ultimate Art Form Tattoo Studio

I have been wanting a cover up done on my shoulder for years. I went to several tattoo artist in the area and none of them would touch it. Bo was so great and spent lots of time showing me ideas that would work and together we came up with the perfect cover up. The shop is super clean and I he was always super professional. This will be the only place from now on where I will get my tattoos and piercings.

I reached out to UAF on Facebook about getting my 8-year-old daughter’s ears pierced. I was provided some decent information but nothing about needing to bring in a birth certificate for this process. After sitting and waiting for 30 minutes, I was informed that we would need my daughter’s birth certificate. Of course not knowing that information and not having her birth certificate, we were forced to leave. Maybe I’m just not well-versed on the requirements in today’s world, but I would encourage the business to share all necessary information from the onset as to not create a less than pleasant experience for your customers.

I have gotten 6 of my piercings and 2 of my tattoos at Ultimate Art Form. Amazing place that keeps me coming back! Bo and his crew are awesome, super friendly and very helpful. They have great prices and their facility is always clean. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great piercings or tattoos!

So first and foremost I'm glad this is a public forum. I was actually in the store as a individual customer behind this customer and can attest to the "so called" truthful response of the owner. I too was in your store at the exact same time. So I'm GOING TO CLARIFY @ the owner you stated the artist was on the phone...that is a OPEN LIE. The artist was not on the phone and was actually tattooing a patrons LEFT LEG the entire time. It's apparent that the owner in how he has handle both (1 star reviews) in the past month has no concept on respect, integrity or professionalism. So it's going to be amusing the colorful and highly jaded response I receive.

As for my experience I too was not ACKNOWLEDGED which was why I was going to file a review. It's not the quality of art the business delivers nor the selection. It's was simple lack of customer service that was not provided which by the way is a simple training issue as the owner. However @ the owner who has failed to grasp the concept stated has only shown he leads by example as the owner by being overly aggressive to negative feedback. AGAIN @ the owner complete failure of customer service. Point proven...so yes like that sign that hangs on the (right side wall in the middle before you reach the display of belly piercings)...since integrity isn't the owners strong suit. It's states can't compete with others prices for their work is their worth. Well @ the owner is your job as the owner your work? So your response to these things are your worth.. 1 stars are equally important as 5 stars ( Good luck removing your ignorance from the public eye) Fyi also I wonder how the lady that entered the shop briefly before I left experience went because she too was unacknowledged the entire time I was present. (Unless owner wants to says she never existed too...?)

Ultimate art form tattoo studio is my favorite place to go to get my tattoos and piercings done. The tattoo artist, Bo Hays is a friendly guy who does awesome art work. He is VERY professional in his work and that is greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend going to get your tattoos and piercings from Bo. His art work is just spectacular. And my favorite thing about walking in is laughing with the people there and sharing stories and just having a good time. Please stop by and try out his work, you will not regret it.

Bo was amazing! Redid a piece for me. He paid such attention to the detail of my artwork and was so reasonable on the price. Definitely will go back!

Bo did magic on an awful tattoo of mine. The one part I really disliked on my old one turned out to be absolutely beautiful with his skill. I didn't give him any directions, just help make it look nice and I am beyond happy! The value for your money is so worth it with a lifetime art piece.

This place is great! Friendly and funny staff that make the experience awesome! Bo is really talented, he has done all my piercings and my very first tattoo that i actually got done a couple weeks ago! Highly recommend this place!!

I got my first tattoo here they are very friendly people! They made me feel Comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I really enjoyed getting it here! Billy did my tattoo he did an awesome job. I will be coming back for my second one for sure.
