I have been going to ultimate art form since the age of 17. Bo and his crew are simply amazing. I just recently went in to have my kids foot and hand print done with their names and it was knocked out of the park. The shading and detail is exactly spot on with the pictures of the day they were born. He is working one up for my son right now and I can't wait to see the art and talent that goes with it. Would highly recommend that if your looking to get great art then this is the only shop

I absolutely love coming into this tattoo shop, BO and Jimbo are both very welcoming professional, polite tattoo/piercing artists, every time I walk into their shop they welcomed me like family! I got my tattoo done by BO just this last year and a few days before got a few piercings! Great atmosphere/vibes highly recommend!

We always go to Ultimate Art Form! Have been clients since we were 18 so 15 years now. Bo has done many piercings on my husband and myself as well as tattoos. We have also been tattooed by Jimbo! They are amazing artists and are invested in the quality of their work. For a truly customized and impressive tattoo I would recommend going nowhere else!

They are beyond amazing and so nice.
I brought my nephew with me and they were 100% okay with it and even played with him. I highly recommend them. The only problem I had was I got an industrial bar, and it was $50 but it wasn't the metal bar, it's plastic and it's driving me insane lol. I thought for $50 I'd get the metal one. But other than that I 100% love them. You can tell they really care about their customers.
