Bo put a feather on my inner arm that I am told almost daily that it looks real, like it is literally just placed on my skin. I am so incredibly happy with it as it had such a special meaning; got a sobriety tattoo on 4/20 so that’s odd but I will never forget that day. I am so proud of it. Very thankful for his eye for detail and incredible talent❤️

I recommend going to Bo for piercings, because he's seriously the best around. He's very professional and just a cool guy. Ask around and people will pretty much always tell you to go to Bo, and you should listen because he's the best at what he does!

I had my son's name tattooed on my foot by Bo and I absolutely love it. He also pointed out and later proved with his work that my previous tattoo for my daughter wasnt done well at all. I am planning to have it redone by Bo once the other foot heals up. Great experience overall.

I have now recieved 2 tattoos from Ultimate Art Form and both times they were amazing. Both of my tattoos are exactly what I wanted. As far as customer service, they are professional and have standards. All of the tattooing equiptment was new and sanitation is a big deal for them unlike some of the other tattoo shops around here, which as a customer there was a big deal for me. While I was there other customers were coming in and asking them to draw up and sketch original tattoo ideas and I was looking at their previous work for others and it was beautiful, detailed, and you could tell that they really value their clients because the detail in the works really put a persons story and personality into the art. I plan of getting more tattoos and piercings and I will not go anywhere else to get mine. Thank you Ultimate Art Form!

Ok I walked in here earlier to get a piercing and was immediately put at ease. Both the guys are very knowledgeable and super helpful! Bo is the one who pierced me (I was literally sweating bullets) he was super fast didn't mind me growling at him lol and talked me threw the after care. Thanks guys I will be back!

Shania did a fantastic job piercing my 11 year old daughter’s ear lobes. Probably a basic thing for Shania, but was a big deal to my daughter. Shania was kind and professional and my daughter felt no pain at all. That was about 10 days ago and all is still well, no post piercing issues at all! Thank you Shania!
