I have been a customer of Black Dagger (and, formerly, Black Sparrow) Tattoo for almost 6 years. I've been tattooed by all three owners, and I could not be happier with the result. They have created a clean and comfortable environment in their new location, and it is pleasant and welcoming to be tattooed there. Not only do they listen to your ideas for a tattoo or suggest the incredible works from their posted flash, but they make the piece suit the person; both through placement and customization. Of all places in Billings to get a commemorative, creative, and/or custom tattoo, I recommend Black Dagger.
