Erin is absolutely lovely at Eternal Ink! Noticed my nose piercing hole was still open and didn't charge me for the piercing! As well as able to fit my sister in to get her ears pierced, and was extremely kind to my sister who was pretty nervous about getting her ears pierced! Highly recommend for all your piercing needs!

I had heard from both friends and word of mouth of Erin's work. I am so happy with how my service went. I was scheduled to have my nose pierced and a double tragus piercing. After looking at my ear structure Erin came to the conclusion that I just didn't have the structure for a tragus piercing. While I was sadden by this, I was glad that she was honest with me. I even asked her given my ear structure what would be my other options. While she listed some she encouraged me to think about those rather than doing a spur of the moment decision. I did get my nose pierced. It was swift, it was fast, and minimal pain. I asked if we could swap out some of the jewelry I already had in. She was more than happy to. During the whole time I felt that she matched my energy well and was bubbly and making jokes. I am super happy with how everything went and I highly recommend Erin!

Erin was very informative and helpful! We didn’t feel rushed, even though it was a busy afternoon and there was a line of customers. We walked in for a quick lobe piercing and a consult. Vinnie was also very informative and helpful with our consultation!! Very happy with our results, the atmosphere was professional and clean, and the staff was very patient and friendly. We will definitely be returning for future piercings!

Erin did an amazing job with my piercings, start to finish—she sterilized my jewelry thoroughly, used professional/implant grade metal, swabbed me several times with alcohol, and was extremely conscientious about using new gloves every time she had to touch something potentially “germy”. She was very funny, easy to talk to, and personable, but clearly cared a great deal about being precise, cleanly, and careful—great balance of “professional” and “relaxing”! She made my piercings as quick and painless as possible, and the prices are very fair. Definitely recommend! 😊
