Erin is by far the most knowledgeable and professional piercer I’ve ever been to ! Not only does she offer quality jewelry , but she’s extremely sanitary and so sweet ! She will make you feel comfortable and I completely trust her with all my piercing needs ! I’ll never go to anyone else !

Zero stars is more appropriate. A friend and I called to try and schedule an appointment. We were told to schedule online. We did that and arrived early for our appointments. Several walk ins were helped before us, even though we were well past our scheduled appointment time. I was told my anatomy wasn't correct and was talked into a different piercing. My friend received her piercing, but after over a month of trying to contact the piercer (and being laughed at and mocked by the owner when seeking help), was forced to seek out a different piercing professional. After speaking to an APP certified piercer, my friend was finally given a straight answer that her anatomy was not correct. The same APP certified piercer said that my anatomy was perfect for the piercing I wanted. "World's okayest piercer" is being generous, tbh. Maybe get better before trying to advertise that you're mediocre to begin with.

I am updating my review to add that improper jewelry for a fresh piercing was used. I finally was able to get the initial jewelry out of my piercing (after struggling with it for months; discomfort, trouble cleaning the area, unable to remove the jewelry), only to find the post that was used was shorter than my natural anatomy in that spot, so when the initial swelling happened it pushed the pin of the topper out by a substantial margin. This caused the front hole of the piercing to heal to the size of the topper pin instead of the 16 gauge post. I had to essentially gauge the front hole of my reverse helix to match the back hole. Lesson learned, APP certified piercers only!

Had original piece done 20 years ago by Vinny touched again and it's vibrant and beautiful again. He also did my daughter's first that was graduation present which turned out amazing. Love them both.

Erin is not only amazing at what she does but truly an outstanding lady! She made it a lovely experience and would 15/10 go back again. For whatever I needed! Highly recommend her

Erin is the best piercer ever. She is clear about sanitation and she makes you laugh, which is especially helpful when your nervous. She is very experienced and quick, so you don't experience much pain. She is a calm and happy person, if your looking for a piercing you should definitely go to her.

Erin is AMAZING!! She has done 6 of my piercings and i have loved everyone! She is wonderfully knowledgeable and did an great job about being informative about the risks, the piercing itself, and all of the aftercare. Every time I've gone in for a piercing, Erin has been so professional. She takes her job seriously, and has such a passion for what she does. She makes the piercing process comfortable. She also has a really wide selection of jewelry, which is super awesome. Seriously, Erin is the best.
