This place has amazing customer service and great prices. Their stainless steel and sterling silver rings are amazing and last a long time. I've owned my rings for almost a year, rarely taking them off, and they haven't changed colors or turned my fingers green. I love the selection of anime merchandise. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone regardless of what they are going in for.

I've shopped here for years, love the jewelry. The owner has done many of my piercings, he's very clean and knowledgeable. I went in today because I had an issue with one of my ear gauges and was searching for advice and the right jewelry. I didn't recognize the employee, but he had a rushed attitude and didn't seem to want to give any advice. He went from handling his phone to handling my jewelry with bare hands, I've always seen the owner use gloves and sanitizer at least. Overall I'm a little disappointed in my experience there, especially considering I've defended this place heavily to those who speak bad on it.

I've bought things from here multiple times hoping that my bad experiences were just bad timing but each time something is wrong. I'm done trying and going to this store. Bags rip/tear or have flaws in them, swords rattle and are loose or loosen quickly and my taser was broken and scuffed. The owners slight of hand makes it easy to miss until you are home then I am refused a refund or even an exchange. Dont go here unless you want to waste your money on overpriced garbage

I’ve been in Martial arts for a couple years and I’ve studied Bushido for a couple years. This is the second time I’ve tried to come in to buy a katana but instead of letting me inspect their inventory(twice) they SHOW me the sword from behind the counter without getting a feel and weight of the katana. Must be my Native American heritage that makes them so nervous. With bad salesmanship like that, I’d be surprised if they actually sell anything out their doors. Glad I didn’t have to waste my hard earned money, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Went to purchase 2 pairs of new tunnels and when I went to purchase them with my visa card they told me they needed to see my driver's license to make sure I was the person who owned the card when I refused because they don't have a right to ask me that they refused to sell to me which they also can't do

Love this store he's got more body jewelry then anywhere else in town. He can even bend the jewelry to fit. They do piercings as well. They are amazing and ill definitely shop here again

Girlfriend went to get new earrings and the guy gave her some that were two sizes too big and we tried to take them back like 5 minutes later and they wouldn't accept them even though they never even left the bag but then instead they insisted it would fit just fine so he forced the earring into her cartilage and now it's bleeding and wanting to close up. Never going again.

Been going here for years for my jewelry hands down best of town. Today I donated blood and went to Silverstorm right after, ended up passing out in the store. They not only made sure I was okay, got me water, had one of the guys get me a candy bar next store, but he also made sure I was able to drive. Probably spent a half hour or more talking to me, then came out to my car to make sure I was okay before I drove off.
