We do walk-ins all day every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Come by and see us to chat, schedule, and get tattooed anytime! Open 7 days a week 12PM-8PM. We do NOT do piercings."

I called and asked if the piercer was available on the phone. They said yes. I came over. The only piercer was in the middle of doing a tattoo on someone.
Th next time I called to make an appointment. They don't schedule appointments over the phone. You have to show up to make an appointment. What kind of a place is this?

Treating customers nicely, on the phone or in person is essential to a successful business. Training employees to do this is imperative, as employees are a reflection of a business.
