Amazing piercing experience. Steve was awesome, I got my conch and and upper helix done. Super professional and respectful, everything was clean and sterile. So glad a friend recommended them to me! definitely will be back for more piercings/tattoos.

Just had an industrial piercing and another cartilage piercing done by Steve! I have had other piercings done before from different places and Steve was by far the best piercing experience I have ever had! I have high anxiety and he made everything very relaxing and comfortable and did such an amazing job I didn't even realize he was already done! (: thank you Steve!!! I'm only coming here for piercings now!

Shop looked clean and everyone was nice but I got a third lobe piercing here that struggled to heal. I went to another piercer for advice & they said the original piercer went through both my lobe and a bit of cartilage, which would never heal. I have to let them close and get them redone. Maybe this was just a fluke, but I will not be getting anymore piercings from here unfortunately.
Edit: I have several piercings, including cartilage piercings. I was just told that because this lobe piercing is going through two types of tissue (just clipped the cartilage) it will be better to get it redone as the line wasn’t chosen well.

My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced her for the first time and Steve was so sweet and patient with her (especially since last time we came 6 months ago my daughter chickened out on the piercing table and we had to leave!). This time, he remembered how nervous she was the last time and made extra sure to make her comfortable. He did a wonderful job and now she’s feeling so brave and also so beautiful with her new pierced ears!

I can't speak to their tattooing services, but I've gotten two piercings here (a septum about 3 years ago and industrial a couple days ago) and the experience was splendid! My septum looks perfect and was virtually painless. The industrial is perfectly placed and looks so freaking cool, definitely a bit more painful than the septum but still a pretty smooth & quick piercing process thanks to Steve! Additionally, the staff were super accommodating to me and my two obnoxious friends who sauntered in on our day off for impulse piercings. We plan on coming back for nipple piercings in a couple weeks. Thanks so much Steve, you guys rock!!

I love Element Tattoo! Steve has done my belly button, double forward helix, and now septum piercing. He was super professional and everything was extremely clean. Overall, I’m very impressed with the service here! (Side note, I had some complications with my double forward helix that were entirely my own fault and Steve was super patient with me and the piercing. Finally had everything right itself, and now I have beautiful jewelry in a healthy piercing thanks to him!) Steve also gave me a couple tips on how to counteract an issue I’ve had on a helix piercing that I got done elsewhere. I will definitely be keeping them as my go to piercing place and recommending them to others! Already have had two family members go and they loved it.;)

I had 3 helix piercings done by Steven and my 4th lobes done by his apprentice Alex. My experience at Element had been wonderful; the placement on my 4th lobes was perfect, they healed beautifully, and Alex was very professional and pierced them accurately with minimal discomfort. Steven took the time to look at my anatomy for my helixes, piercing one in a way that prevented rejection. I would have never known that was an issue, and their staff truly care about your piercings and healing process. I had to have plugs put in prior to a surgery, and the doctors weren’t too kind to them and yanked some out. I got my piercings put back in while in my home town, and had to have them taken out again because of emergency surgery. The nurses caused quite a bit of trauma to one in the process, and it started to keloid. I went back to Element after recovery, they assessed my piercings, changed the jewelry, and they are already significantly better. I absolutely recommend Element, and I plan on returning for more piercings once I’m healed up!
