Had an appointment for my 21st birthday and when I showed up, the artist had left because he didn't feel like it. The other artists just laughed. Way to ruin my 21st.

Hi! This place was terrible for us to deal with. We were on vacation in Columbia Falls and knew we wanted tatts before we left town. So the first day we were in town, on a Monday, we called to see if they could get us in on Thursday of that week, the day before we were planning to leave town. They said they had seven artists available and it would be no problem, just stop in Thursday morning. So we did that and got appts for that afternoon. Then we were notified an hour before our appts that they would not be able to do it but we could come back friday or they may have another artist possibly available that day if he decided to come in...so we went back at 6pm and decided to not go with the apprentice but a different artist said he would and could take care of us, he said come back at 815pm... so we thought finally this is going to happen! Then at 805 pm we got a message that he was no longer willing to give us tatts cuz he had been there 12 hrs and we could come back in the morning [the day we are suppose to leave town] and maybe someone could help us...we were so disappointed from getting the runaround all day; they should have just said they couldn't do it...very sad since on Monday when we called they said "no problem, we have seven artists available!"
What a disappointment!! They may do great work if you can actually get them to put ink on you.... hard to say... thanks!

Was super excited to get a tattoo here. Had an appointment & waited for the artist to show up. Guess she ran to the store. After waiting for 30ish minutes I decided to leave. If my time isn’t respected, not going to spend my money there. Dang! Next.

I had an appointment with Darby or “Darbster” to get two tattoos smaller than a quarter. She cancelled the first time two hours before the appointment because she “didn’t have the supplies” so we rescheduled for the following week. For the second appointment she canceled again a couple of hours before, because she “couldn’t print the picture” and there was “no heat in the studio.” However, when I drove past, the studio was open the entire day. Very unprofessional and a waste my time to include this in my plans.
