Took my kids to get their ears pierced and it was a nightmare…. First of all I had to lister to the gal that was doing the piercings,talk about her coworkers. Than the manager walks in and starts talking WITH her about the other employees.. not something I would like to hear. And personally the one gal they were talking about, I thought was great.. very good customer service, and very polite. She ended up getting one of the backs of the earring stuck in the gun, and had to wiggle it out. And told my other child that if they didn’t clean them the proper way, that they would have to surgically remove the earrings!! And she wasn’t finished piercing her ears, she still had the other one to do… and after hearing that,she was terrified, and didn’t want to finish up with the piercings..
2 hours later… we finally finished, go home and later that night all 3 of the kids ears were red and swollen. So I called the next day to talk with the gal that runs this store from another state, and decided that I should go get them checked out at the other store. So I did.. my poor kids had to pretty much get their ears pierced again with just an earring, because the first gal did them wrong, My kids were In So much pain, crying.. the gal the did them over again was wonderful, very caring.
I ended getting MOST of the money back that I paid, because I didn’t pay to see my kids tortured, and they were so excited to go get them done and it ended up a nightmare for them…

I was in Claire's today on March 16, 2017 and a employee accused me of stealing bracelets. I had told her that I was not stealing them and she threatened to call the security guards on me. I had told her that I have never stole anything in my life and she had been previously working when I spent over $100 there at the exact store. She was very rude and rolled her eyes at any question she was asked and was very rude as I was trying to check out. They were having a sale of buy 3 get 3 free and she was refusing to give me that deal. I told her that my total should have only been around $18 and she was convinced that I owed almost $30. When I tried explaining the prices to her she rolled her eyes, sighed, and went to go get a calculator. I am pretty sure $5.99 times 3 is not almost $30. I then told her that I was not going to purchase what I had wanted and she sighed again and rolled her eyes. It is sad when your customers know more about your deals and how much they owe more than the employee. As I was walking out of the store she made a very rude comment and said, "Thank God she is leaving." I have always loved to go here and PURCHASE jewelry and such but I am never going back to this Claire's ever again. I can't even rate them one star that is how bad my experience was. She was watching me the whole time and was extremely rude while I was trying to ask her how something worked. She refused to change how she was acting and refused to apologize. I had told her I am sorry for perceiving that I was stealing and she rolled her eyes and said, "You're lying." This store will definitely not get my money ever again. To make everything clear I only rated it a one star because it would not let me post my experience unless I did so.

This store needs to have more selection and the staff should be much more nicer. The sales are always the same, the buy 3 get 3 free, that gets old too fast. like hello?, change your sales. This store just needs to be more full with things. The staff here think they are the best, when reality they are the rudest people ever and the girls that work here need to be taught respect. I don't even want to rate this one star. Worst store ever but I can't even stand the girls that work here!

Nothing to do really with the store itself. My husband was walking in the mall this afternoon and whoever had a key to unlock the gate "a middle aged women" so im assuming the manager decided to randomly call my husband a douche after her walked by her, ofcourse not expecting him to hear her. He then turned around to her and politely asked her if she was talking to him. Obviously surprised she was heard she stumbled over her word and he said "i think you were, im not sure what i did?" she replied "i just don't like the way you look". Mind you my husband is a 22 year old car sales man who was in his business cloths walking to jcpenney. Regardless i understand people have bad days, but stop being a bully to random potential customers because your day hasn't gone as planned. Spread love, there's enough hate going around.

Employees don’t know procedures and like to give the run around. No one EVER answers the phone no matter which store you call even though the website says “call so you’re not disappointed”

Stainless steel earings rust in your ears. A little over priced, but still a good store.

To expensive $71.99 dollars just to get both ears pierced

Very rude employee. Did not have very good customer service, and was very sarcastic in every comment she made.
