I got my lobe’s pierced here and they were very fast and nice when it happened. They answered all of my questions and explained in detail what I had to do to clean them.

I don't know if the piercer was having a bad day but she didn't introduce herself, shake my hand, nothing. She didn't even make conversation with me or tell me when she was ready to pierce me. I had to stop her and ask "Woah you're piercing my ear now?" Her words "Yeah, no need to wait." She seemed to have an attitude and it felt like I lost $25. But, my piercing is fine and has healed well, everything was safe and sterile, I'm just not impressed with the service.
