Millz is the only person in Missoula I trust as a piercer. They are very talented at what they do and actually inform you of proper piercing care. My original piercer did not tell me I needed to downsize my piercing. She helped my roommate as well as my partner with finding the right jewelry for irritated piercings and they finally healed. Decided to get my jewelry changed out in my nose and cartilage. I was trying to chose my jewelry I felt very cut off and wasn’t told prices on the jewelry. While she was changing my jewelry out she yanked them out. The room I went to she didn’t close the door and her co worker came is talking very load while she was in the middle of changing it. I will not be going back to get my jewelry changed or piercings in the future. I do recommend them for tattoos.

$103 for a nose piercing. Fell out while I was sleeping. Asked the owner if he could put it back on for me. Told me it would be full $103 again. Another shop apologized for 'his" bad customer service and put it in for me for free. Also the place looks dirty.

Walked in the front door just wanted to look at a portfolio to get an idea of what kind of tattoos the shop does. There was no portfolios available the girl working in the front counter was extremely rude. I asked her a question and she responded in some kind of millennial talk which I guess only younger children can understand so I left. Was very disappointed because I’ve always liked going to the shop but whoever that girl is working the front counter needs to be fired.

I took my youngest here to get her ears pierced. We'd had some bad experiences with mall piercings so we decided to go see a pro. Brenda was awesome! She made us feel very at ease and the whole experience could not have been better.
The shop it self has a very clean, comfortable atmosphere and the staff were all very friendly. I've been in tattoo shops that would have felt very uncomfortable to take a small child to, but this was not one of them.

Sad I cant write a good review because i love the atmosphere and the people who work here; but my friend had an appointment at noon with the piercer, she didnt show up till 12:30 and took someone else before her and barely got her piercing after 1 PM. If you want a punctu piercer this is not the place to go
