Seth is seriously the best at fine line tattoos. If you are looking for something big or small, he will be able to do it and do it well. He was kind and funny which made the experience so much better. I highly recommend!

Working with Painless Steel, and specifically, Angela, was such a simple and friendly process. I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else for tattoo work. Both my pieces were done 12 years apart and both times it was very simple, clean and fun. Angela is such a fun person to chat with that the time just flies by. And her artwork is really something special.

Whenever I go in I get immediately set up for my piercings. Everyone's suuuuper nice. Nice environment. Piercing costs around $35 (ear) which is very reasonable and Morgan does a really good job. Jewelry really depends but it only costs around $25+ (for ears) . Definitely worth it. It’s quick, painless and has a nice energy 🫶

I got my tragus pierced with Morgan and she was amazing. She walked me through it, as it was my first cartilage piercing. Explained the aftercare very well. She was so great I went back a couple weeks later and got an Industrial piercing. She was awesome with that as well. Definitely will be seeing her for all my piercings in the future!

I’ve had both piercings and tattoos done here and I’ve had a great experience both times. My first time here was a little rough, the artist was not very polite. So I avoided this place for nearly 6 years because of that. But I decided to give Seth a try and he was genuinely the coolest person ever. I’ve had two pieces done by him and he’s such a neat and insanely talented dude. I can’t wait for my next appointment with him!

I went to painless still for ink therapy. I ended up with Batman and robin, gir and zim. Ok so this place is kinda overwhelming, it's a tattoo/piercing mega store. With probally a dozen or more rooms. Each room houses a artist. And each room is as eclectic as the artist. So randomness is king here. I saw a artist named Adrianne (and I am sure I spelled that wrong) ok so this chick is pretty cool. I come from the south so her "bluntness" is a welcome change for me from the shy artists I encountered in Oregon. She's blunt , kinda rude(not a bad thing, honesty can be slightly rude) ,but beast with a tatt gun. :) I will be seeing her again in the future:) (my partner got a wrench anchor ) beast!!!!

Required an appointment to purchase jewelry. Not get a tattoo. Not get a piercing, to purchase jewelry... Also prices not clearly marked so I couldn't decide what I wanted then got someone to check me out. Safe to say I will not be coming back
