Tristin is amazing! She did my nipples! No clamp needed and the right side was first, no pain! Actually felt pretty good and the left side was hardly any pain. If I ever decide to get any other piercing I will for sure go to Tristin she is amazing I couldn't be any happier. She is very professional and explained after care very well! Thank you Tristin!

I have never known anyone who has had a problem here. All staff is very helpful. I recently got a tragus peircing done by Trist'n the newest member of their staff, and she is very professional!! I will infact be going back to her when I need more peircings :)! Thanks Painless Steel!

I gave Sarauna a basic outline of what I wanted on my tattoo. She took my drawing and totally transformed it into the best tattoo possible. She is by far the best for whimsical tattoos!
The only critic I have is the day before they called me to have me come in an hour earlier. I found out it was because a regular (or a friend of Sarauna) was getting a tattoo after me. I scheduled my appointment a month in advance and I felt a little less important because I had to accommodate someone else. The tattoo was well worth the money but she would have gotten a fatty tip if I hadn't felt shuffled around.

Poor customer service, I was looking for information and all the lady at the counter is concerned with is collecting 75 dollars (none refundable) before I can even talk to a artist. Not sure why anyone would use them. First impression matter
