Stopped in for a quick look, ended up staring at the gauge selection forever. The chick behind the counter was awesome. I picked three different gauges and changed my mind twice. She went back and sanitized two sets and then I would choose something else. She was patient and had an awesome attitude the entire time. She was amazing and excited about my purchase even though I made run around the whole time. I ended up with these super sick wooden spiral gauges. Thanks a bunch from this super indecisive customer!

Morgan was very sweet, good conversation and quick to get my piercings in, however, the results I received from her didn’t reflect my positive experience speaking with her. My lobes were placed okay, but one of the ears is angled horribly. It’s became pretty obvious that it wasn’t pierced correctly when the swelling went down. I also got a helix from her, it was my first time getting a cartilage piercing, but I was offered no advice and little education. I picked a hoop to heal with, come to find out later that you shouldn’t use hoops as the initial jewelry in a cartilage piercing since it rotates more while healing and can cause higher risk of infection. She never said anything when I picked it out. Didn’t give me much education after other than don’t touch and spray with saline.
Maybe I should have researched a little more, but now I’m looking to spend MORE MONEY and get more jewelry to switch the hoop with a stud, and am debating whether I should just take the angled lobe earring out, let it heal and then go somewhere else to get it re-pierced.

Morgan pierced our 5 year old daughter's ears (her choice) and it was a great experience. Clean,
sharp tools made the experience safe and minimized pain. The earrings they have are good quality metals which are safer (no nickel poisoning and allergies), especially for young kids and although they seem expensive they have no pokey posts and small backings to get lost or dig into their tissue. They have a very nice selection of jewelry. Very happy overall with the experience and so is our 5 year old!

This place is so overpriced. $35 for titanium septum jewelry and $75 for a piercing?? Kind of like highway robbery to me. You can find their septum jewelry online for $8. I should’ve of just bought it off Amazon! Most body piercers I’ve been to only charge you $12 for the jewelry and $30 for the piercing. Funny enough they won’t even let you buy their jewelry unless they “sanitize” it first. That’s probably why they’re making you pay $35 for the jewelry. If you’re looking for a place that will rob you for something that’ll cost you half the price go to Painless steel. If you want to actually get what you’re going to pay for go somewhere else lol. Funny enough I asked for a 14g septum and they gave me a 12g and I didn’t even notice until I got home! Plus if you leave with the piercing they won’t even let you return it. This business just wants your money. Don’t trust this place.

I was fearful to get my nipples pierced, however I had a great experience! Getting them pierced was scary but I was made to feel very safe and comfortable through the entire process. Any questions I had where answered and helped put my mind at ease. In the past I’ve had experiences with poor quality jewelry causing infected piercings but I have had an awesome healing process thus far. I really couldn’t be happier and will hands down recommend everyone I know to use Painless. Thank you you guys rock!
