What a wonderful experience! I got my triple forward helix piercing done at Painless Steel. I was lucky enough to work with both of the lovely ladies who do peircings. Both were incredibly welcoming and professional. I was really worried about getting my first piercing done, but the atmosphere of Painless Steel put me right at home. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for great work. I can't wait to get more peircings from them in the future!

As soon as we got into the building we was meet with total ignorance. I don't know if they don't like making there business money our just don't care enough about it. They wanted us to pick out a piercing without being able to put it up to the location we wanted pierced. That's a pretty big deal to be chancing on weather our not it will look good our that we will like it. I highly don't recommend going to this place even if they are giving you a deal of a lifetime

Jackie was my artist, and she was so great. She was understanding, as this is was my first tattoo, she made sure it was exactly what I wanted before we started. And let me talk when I wanted to, and let me be silent when I wanted to. Great experience.

My sister and I both got peircings, and the lady I had gotten was very rude, and gave my sister the wrong lip peircing, she had gave her a small one, and the lady at the desk had told her that it might be too small. When I got my nose pierced,she was also very agressive. The lady before was so nice, and actually got a appropriate piercing for her.

I have had my nose pierced here before, and the lady who did it was very kind. She did a great job. Just recently went back to get another piercing and the lady at the front was rude. Also it is rediculous that you cannot use a paper ID. I tried using my paper ID and got rejected. The lady says since it is paper i cant have a piercing there. Everywhere else in missoula will take a paper ID. Dont know her name but she was very rude about it.

I literally just had a tattoo done by Sarauna. She was fabulous! She was very informative, polite and knowledgeable. What an Artist, she drew up what I wanted on my foot and replicated exactly what I wanted. I will go back to her for all of my future tattoo's. As for the shop, it was clean, neat and everything you can expect. Great place, I recommend it a 100%.

Was able to come and quickly get my nose pierced, the woman who did it was very helpful/knowledgeable and I felt safe here! Not intimidating like some shops in town. Would reccomend, would come again!
