Staff lies, one worker tells you that you can return your purchases. So went back next day after a after trying one ear ring out, but it was to small, so I took back the unopened ones to return. Other staff person says they don't give refunds on purchases and they say that one worker should not have said that. Would not have purchased the items if I would of known i could not return them. Guess it is a way for claire's kearny ne or any of the claire's scam you. They lie to your face, then the very next day they have someone else working to tell you they don't accept returns/refunds. Giving false info and not caring about the costumers they have tricked into buying their products.
