Claire’s might be a good place to get regular piercings done but i’ve made the mistake of piercing my cartilage with Claire’s. Although they offer this service i highly recommend never getting your cartilage pierced at a Claire’s. They should be using a needle, not a gun. My cartilage shattered after using the gun. It never healed right and led to an infection which caused me to keep the earring out and let it heal completely shut. After deciding to get it pierced again at a tattoo shop, I was told that i can never get another piercing in this ear’s cartilage because of the damage that Claire’s left me with.

Right now I am not happy with Claires...my teen daughter got her second ear piercing 2 weeks ago and the one earring in her right ear has disappeared into the hole in her ear,not sure how we are gonna get it out,planning on going back to Claire's today...Update...went back to Claire's and this wonderful employee named Caitlyn helped us and got the earring out of her ear,the ear gun put the back on too tight,we replaced it with another bigger earring...this lady was amazing and deserves a raise for going above and beyond customer service
