The chick that does the piercings very cool and did a great job.
We also got tattoos there. Prepaid $40 to hold the appointment, and didn't realize that deposit was not applied to the overall cost until too late. Tattoos are okay, they will need some small touch ups though

I brought my daughter in to have her ears pierced by Katie yesterday and I could not be more pleased with how things went. Katie was professional but sweet with my daughter and made us both feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her piercing services.

I was pretty hesitant about getting a tattoo while I visited Omaha but I am blessed that I came across this place! I had my tattoo done by Kaylee at the Millard location and by far she had the most incredible line work and style. Her gallery came off as limited in experience at first but I was so impressed with how beautiful she made my tattoo, she definitely has a ton of experience and can do great work. She's a rockstar artist, and most definitely one of the best I've ever had in the mid-west! If you get the chance definitely try to get her!

I went here today with my fiancee, he got his septum pierced. I should have changed my mind about getting a medusa piercing but went ahead. While he was getting his septum done, the piercer did it 3 separate times, 3. He is still bleeding. Against my better judgment, I went ahead with the medusa. This was the most painful piercing I have ever gotten. The needle felt dull, she took her time going through and I felt all of it. I realize, as I've had my lower lip done twice, lip piercings are painful but this was by far the most painful piercing. I can honestly say neither one of us will be back. Sorry.

Went in asked for something in color. ... paid 100 for him to draw nothing. Asked two times over email if he could send me a picture of what he did to what i gave him (mandala). First told me the original color wouldn't work I asked for a turquoise ( light blue and green right?) he told me a flat no and that I mint green would work better. I replied back to really preferring the color i wanted... with no response. Showed up to get the tattoo.. Black and white. wow. complete disappointment. and didn't come down on the price quoted (quoted with color) that he said would take 3 hours to do ended up getting down in 1.5 hours. Thought for sure after i didn't get color at all he just filled in black (for $100) ?? and time was significantly shorter I should of been discounted. but got to the counter and he said $300 i was like wow. never come back here again. fail.

So I booked a session at Dr. Jack's Ink Imporium on the 13th, well I got the flu and could barely move. So I emailed the guy to let him know. Then got ahold of him again and he picked a time and day, but I had to be at the hospital all day with my daughter and wasn't able to get into the session. So i have now been informed that he is keeping my $100 gift card that i have saved for a long time for time and money lost. WTH!!!!! HE NEVER ANSWERED MY MESSAGES AND NOW IM OUT $100!!!!!! I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING INK DONE AND NOW I HAVE TO SAVE UP TO GET SOME DONE. BUT I WILL NOT BE DUMB ENOUGH TO ACCIDENTALLY LEAVE MY FIFT CARD ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN!!!!
