Took my kid to get a piercing just to be sent away because we didn't have her birth certificate. After returning they up charged my kid $20 more then originally quoted.

Very amazing place, went to get my septum done and was a little nervous. My piercer Bam was awesome, they got it in so quick, I blinked 3 times and it was over! Also very cool people at this place, and they do pierce minors as long as they have a parent with the childs birth certificate and parents ID with them being present. I RECOMMEND!

Do not recommend!! So I went in maybe 5 weeks ago for a double nose piercing and today I went in to get my jewelry changed out but the piercer wasn’t there so I just bought new jewelry & asked if I could change them out myself & the lady upfront said yes. So that’s exactly what I did.. went home starting changing them out & noticed the jewelry wasn’t going in all the way through as if the bar was too short so I tried putting my old ones back in but couldn’t so I had to run to Big Brain last minute for them to put them in before they closed on me & While I was there they noticed that my front piercing wasn’t coming directly down but instead was coming in sideways as if the piercer was going in at an angle towards my face instead of straight down which is why the inside of my nose was still very much swollen so she recommend that I take it out & let it heal & re-pierce it in a few months.. I had originally loved the energy & vibes when I first walked into this place but I’m genuinely upset that I had to get my nose pierced only to have to take it out and let it heal due to the piercers mistake..& Pay for a service that I couldn’t even enjoy at the end because they messed it up.
