Josh did amazing!! i love my tattoo, it’s exactly what i envisioned! me n a friend called and he got us in within an hour / hour n a half. great overall experience. can’t wait to come back

I came into town to visit some friends and we decided to get a tattoo. Josh was super great and accommodating. Clean shop and great environment. 10/10 recommend

We were told that it would be a two hour wait, three max to get our small tattoos done. We wasted time downtown waiting for the call to tell us they were ready. Once the THREE hour mark passed, they said we're not able to get us in. Even though they guaranteed they would be able to do it tonight. Along with the fact that they are open until midnight. We are very upset that we not only wasted our time waiting, but we were notified last minute. Yes we were walk-in appointments however they guaranteed they'd get us in asap. Very displeased with the service, especially the receptionist. She was very rude to us while we were filling out the forms and was unpleasant on the phone and did not even apologize for the cancellation.

Rambo was super great and very detail oriented. Gave us advice on how to get the best possible version of our ideas and made sure we were informed and good to go on stuff before pressing on. Really really smooth lines, gorgeous color, I'm really pleased!!

I got two tattoos done by Josh. And HOLY SHIT😍 the line work is incredible!! I am super picky about linework and like very precise and thin lines, and he absolutely killed it. Won’t be going to anyone else for my future tattoos!!

on 5/1 I called around noon and spoke to a male worker at this location and i asked if they took walk in’s, he said yes and told me to come around 2:30. I got there at 2 and they said they were no longer taking walk in’s for the day. I was very frustrated but they said to try their other location, went to the other location and no one was there. Tried calling and no answer yet the sign said open and store hours were open at 1. I’m from out of town and just wanted to get a small tattoo but instead drove all around Omaha for these people who apparently don’t know their own hours and mislead me.

Called if this place took walk ins receptionist said yes 1st come 1st serve. Then hung up the phone so I called again I said I need a wristband tattoo, lady said come on in. I call the next day to confirm she hangs up the phone again. I call again and she tells me I’m not sure if this is a prank call and hangs up the phone.

I actually go to the shop and I’m the 1st on the list. When she asked me what I want I explain and show her the wristband. She immediately said “Oh yea we wouldn’t be able to do that without an appointment” I said ok what if it’s not wrap around just the front she repeated like a robot and a rude way “we wouldn’t be able to do that without an appointment”. I walked out.

Why tell me on the phone yes, have me drive 1 hour to your shop just to tell me no. Learn some manners too.
