Justin is incredibly professional and treats you like family. He did a memorial tattoo for my mom on my self and sister. I gave him the idea of what I wanted done and his artwork blew us away. We are extremely happy with the result and will definitely go back for more. The staff made the atmosphere welcoming and laid-back. Everything was clean and sanitary. The top best tattoo parlor I have ever been too. Highly recommend

I got one of my tattoos there and the artist (Aaron) did a fantastic job, the whole experience went really smooth, his communication was great and I recommended so many people to him. However since he has moved, I had made a tattoo appointment and they kindly recommended me to one of their newer artists so I thought why not. I paid for a down payment for my tattoo with cash, but never received a receipt. The guy felt rushed because he was in the middle of another appointment and basically ran into the back room while telling me he’d call me. He made my appointment for a Monday at 12. When I went there the doors were locked, their sign said they were closed every Monday and no one would answer the phone. Upon calling back and asking about this they said they didn’t have a record of my down payment and when asked the guy what happened he said he lost my number. The lady was nice and took down my info and she would call me the next day to discuss times. I thought ok stuff happens I’ll give it another go. For TWO weeks I didn’t hear back so I called again. Same thing, apologies, took my info, said I’d get a call. Never did. It’s now been 2 months and every time I call it’s the same thing. Would not recommend this place as I never got my money back either and I work during the times their open. Very disappointed in this business.

Justin's light touch, friendly personality, and relaxing atmosphere made this hands down the best tattooing experience I've had in 20 years of tattoo collecting. The private room and chill music allowed for total relaxation. Highly recommend!

Attempted to get a tattoo. When the day came after paying my deposit the artist wasn't there. Spoke with him a number of times trying to get a new date. Said artist wanted me to do a date I repeatedly said I could not do. When I told him any other day will work he repeatedly told me he would check his books and eventually just stopped responding. Never got deposit back never got my tattoo.
