One of the best tattoo shops in town definitely have had work done by multiple artists here and they never dissapoint. My lines are always clean and crisp this is the place to go for your tats.

They keep deleting my review somehow as I suspect they do with all bad reviews- this is why such a shady shop has a high rating.
The owners daughter, Sindy, cussed me out when I tried to call in a customer complaint. She literally called me a b*%ch in her first sentence, talked over me and hung up on me without hearing my side. She said the artist had told her all she needed to know and I was a "nuisance", since when is a paying customer a nuisance? This is extremely unprofessional and in bad taste. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and I’ve never seen anyone treat anybody in such a hostile way, especially not a customer.And this is the co-owner of the shop??!! Sadly, most of the tattooers here are just like her, classless. I understand they have a no refund policy, but there are other ways to help unsatisfied customers. Now, I have to go get this awful tattoo fixed elsewhere, when a touch-up for the crappy linework and rookie shading should be free anyway. I have several tattoos and a followup visit is standard procedure, not something you get charged extra for. Also, most artists can take criticism for poor artwork- not make it the customers fault. Please do research before choosing an artist or shop as many are all about money and not about quality art or happy customers, especially this one.

Steven and I bonded over his whole shift basically.... I got one new piece, cover up and a touch up!! He was knowledgeable, down to earth and quite talented. He is an asset fo this place. I must warn he is usually late at night but totally worth it! Love love love this place! I even got a couple things off my bucket list! Thank you!!!
