Unprofessional and only wanting to cater to their regulars. With that, they say they'll tatttoo you and set up, but just walk away never to return, or any staff for that matter. Even after going back to their studio and the guy is watching tv sitting there and hasn't started to set up or anything, wasting more than an hour of my time. There was nobody else in the lobby there when this happened, one person was being tattooed by someone else and that's it.

Jesse was my artist. I had an idea, but he had a vision. So, I went with it. Great blossom piece which is featured under the blossom tab. The shop is totally chill- laid back, CLEAN, very Clean and professional. The guys were great, fun and hilarious. Definitely makes the needle less annoying. You definitely aren't getting a run- of- the mill tattoo here. You are getting a rare piece of awesomeness. I would recommend this shop to everyone. If you want a secret gem tattoo parlor this is it. Oh-- there's a bar next door, too. So, win win.

Daughter got her first tattoo here of Japanese characters. Female tattoo artist (don't know her name) went above and beyond to verify that characters expressed what my daughter wanted (we're not Japanese). Artist was kind, helpful, and patient. Highly recommend!

Got my girls ears pierced here. Nikki was amazing and adjusted to my cues with ease. (I don’t distract my kids but instead have them focus and prepare for the pain, she initially tried distracting and cued into me talking about what was coming and went with it.) I also really appreciated her vast knowledge on after care and metals.

There aren't words to describe the atmosphere Jesse creates here. Best work I've had done - super creative with my custom design. Top notch customer service - treats you like family. Will not be going anywhere else. I'm a lifetime customer for sure.

The best experience of my life. I had a tattoo idea that I’ve wanted for awhile. Saw that he was open most hours. And decided I’d shoot him a call. He sent a text back and I explained my idea. And he sent a text back with a picture of what I was thinking I’d want in less than 3 hours. My first tattoo is incredible. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend. This guy is reliable and a hard worker. You won’t be disappointed!
