Cheers to “VICTOR”....who done an excellent tattoo on my forearm (a line from a song)....very very good writing or “inking”...lovely clean place & lovely staff...you can also watch people have they’re tats ...which is good...the shop is sparkling & looks exceptional outside and in....(by the way victor I’m came first out of all the tattoos we had for the competition )👍👍once again thanks to the “STARLIGHT TATTOO” in mandalay bay Las Vegas ..........👏👏....

Nice shop but... they have a min of 200.00 and my husband and I wanted to get a tattoo on our ring fingers (an Initial) and the cost would have been 250.00 each.
