Absolutely love this place! Great atmosphere and wonderful artists. Had Garrett do my first tattoo and I don’t think I would be as satisfied with it if I had gone to another shop. Also decided to get my second tattoo from him, and planning to get more tattoos from Twofold in the future!

Really dig the vibe of this shop. Good bright lighting and lots of plants and artwork. I saw Stephen as a referral from the owner. Stephen did an incredible job on my tattoo which required an artistic interpretation of an old photo of my grandparents. Now that the tattoo is healing I can see how good Stephens skill is both as an artist and with tattooing. Really nice touch too, not too heavy - just right. The line work looks great and I know its going to last a long time. I will definitely be getting more tattoos by Stephen and would highly recommend this shop!!!

Dude, if you're ever in need of good vibes and great artwork, I highly recommend Twofold. I got zip-zapped by Mackenzie, who is basically light and love in human form. She's got a beautiful craft and I'm stoked to be wearing her artwork.

Mackenzie is incredibly talented! She did a beautiful insect and floral half sleeve for me. The studio has a great vibe, all the artists and customers were friendly. It really embodies the small town, eclectic feel we all love about Reno.

Great artists, clean workspace, basically everything you want in a tattoo shop.
Long:
I went in for a tattoo on my forearm. It's my family crest and I have been waiting 12 years to get this thing. When I stepped in, I noticed it was clean and the people who work there were happy. I didn't have to wait long, even though I showed up a little to early, and I felt I was the focus of my artists attention the entire time I was there.
Mackenzie was my artist and is one of the owners. She was incredible. She dealt with some scheduling problems on my end with no complaint and worked with me to come up with what I and everyone I have shown it to, which is basically everyone that will stop and listen, believe is a great result! The tattoo took 4-5 hours counting breaks and she never made me feel uncomfortable or like I had to worry about the outcome.
Overall I feel incredibly happy with the result and I will be returning for future work.

I have tattoos from almost all of the artists at twofold and everyone is SO NICE. No misogyny, no mean vibes, no cigarette smoke just kind hearts and talented hands. Plus they're all TOTAL HOTTIES. Like, bring a bucket and a mop just to be safe, okay??????

Great selection of tattoo artists. Dave did a beautiful job on a lovely traditional tattoo for me on short notice. The other artists had beautiful portfolios as well. The vibe was nice too, it was easy to zone out to the old soul music while my skin was being colorfully scarred.
